                Lisa Lista

Lisa Lista, an accomplished educator whose journey spans over 26 years. Lisa’s passion for education has led her to impact students across various grade levels, from elementary to secondary. Her educational background includes a master’s degree in educational administration and a bachelor’s degree in child development. Additionally, she holds a Career and Technical Education (CTE) credential in Information Communication Technology.

Lisa’s teaching experience is diverse and impactful. For four years, she engaged junior high students in the fascinating worlds of robotics and coding. As an instructional coach, she facilitated professional development for district colleagues, sharing her expertise in math, science, and technology. Lisa’s commitment to innovation and excellence culminated in her role as an educator ambassador for littleBits, where she showcased the implementation of STEAM-based learning at conferences.

In her most recent role, Lisa serves as an elementary school assistant principal. Managing a team of 65 staff members and overseeing 590 students, she navigates a diverse student population. This includes Special Education students aged 3 to 12General Education students aged 5 to 12, and students diagnosed with emotional disturbance (BRIEF) aged 6 to 9. Her responsibilities are multifaceted, ranging from staff hiring and curriculum management to student supervision and parent engagement.

Lisa’s vision extends beyond administrative duties. She is the sole proprietor of the H.A.C.K Robotics Academy, where she fosters students’ growth in digital content. Her mission is to empower students by honing their skills in problem-solvingcommunicationcreativity/design, and technical intelligence. Lisa’s legacy also includes transforming a junior high into a Microsoft Showcase School, a testament to her commitment to educational excellence.

As she continues her journey, Lisa remains dedicated to nurturing the next generation of learners, ensuring that they thrive in an ever-evolving educational landscape. Her impact reverberates through classrooms, hallways, and beyond, leaving an indelible mark on the world of education.
